Room 20 along with the rest of the Katikati Primary School students and teachers wore red and black to raise money for North New Brighton school in Christchurch. This school was quite badly hit by the earthquake, so we appreciate your support for this. It felt good to help in this way, so our children wore red and black with pride! We have written letters to the children of this school as well. The school is due to open next week, (mid March) so we thought it would be nice for them to receive letters of support.
They look fantastic, and I know they are proud to have been able to give a little support to 'the school at the other end of the country'. Kia kaha kids :-)
